Does anybody happen to know the distance of the swimming pools at the IACs? One more thing, how are the cycling classes? Is it usually packed or can you show up and know that there will be a bike available?

the pools are 25meters and some of the clubs get busy on the cycling classes and some are not as busy. It is best to call the club you are wanting to attend the cycling class and just reserve a bike.
